Can you connect a bot to our CRM or 1C?
We first check the exact system version, API, licences and access rules. Only then can we confirm integration scope. Different systems cannot all be connected safely in the same way.
Do we need to replace every system?
Usually not. We prefer to start with one process and retain existing systems when they fit. Migration is a separate decision, not a mandatory step.
Will AI make decisions independently?
Only within agreed boundaries. Actions involving money, personal data or significant consequences need checks and participation by a responsible person.
