About the holding

A full-cycle design and construction holding. Since 2001.

Ostara Group is a design and construction holding from Ust-Kamenogorsk, operating since 2001. The group includes the Engineering Solutions design institute and the Dim Stroy construction company, which has been delivering engineering projects in power, metallurgy and mining across Kazakhstan and the CIS for over 15 years.

A 7,200 m² production base, 3,000 m² of warehouse facilities, an accredited electro-technical laboratory and an in-house specialized fleet form the holding's delivery backbone.

Since 2020, together with Schneider Electric, the holding has been developing an assembly facility in Ust-Kamenogorsk: over 50 certified engineers assemble and service Altivar Process variable speed drives and control cabinets for all of Central Asia.
