Six stages inside one group. The project does not get lost between contractors: accountability, documentation and technical decisions move through one engineering chain.

Survey
We gather source data and assess the site, process, constraints and actual condition of the equipment.

Engineering
We develop the technical solution, BIM model, estimates and detailed documentation, including expertise support.

Procurement
We select equipment and materials, coordinate manufacturers and manage delivery schedules.

Manufacturing
We produce steel structures, control cabinets and process assemblies at our own facilities.

Construction and installation
We deliver civil works and install equipment, utilities and automation systems.

Commissioning and service
We commission under load, train personnel and remain available for planned and emergency maintenance.

Eleven service lines, four engineering divisions. General contracting without subcontractor risk: a design institute, construction units, service crews and a production base — all inside the holding.

01 KAZ Minerals Aktogay · 2021–2025

Bio-leaching: doubling plant capacity

Expansion of oxide ore production with a bio-oxidation system — the first project of this scale in Kazakhstan. A 3,000 m³ inoculation pond, process tanks, bio-oxidation lines.
